Mozart recorded grand stories in musical notations. I record my music in the written word.
I believe that writing rests upon a trinity. Both writer and reader must believe in Craft, Character and Trust.
1) Craft is a must. To build a great house, one needs knowledge of tools.
2) Character evokes empathy, and empathy unites the world at large.
3) Writing is telepathy. The reader allows the author to permeate the most personal realm of their being. A writer must never violate that trust.
My current novel, Touch, is a tale of forbidden love between an Israeli and a Palestinian, on the run from the law.
